"Isabella & Anna’s" New Beginning
Isabella is a survivor of domestic violence and the mother of a beautiful 16-month-old daughter named Anna. After leaving an abusive situation, Isabella has been working hard to rebuild a safe and stable life for herself and her little girl.
Despite the challenges she has faced, Isabella is determined to move forward. She is currently working toward a degree in social services, hoping that one day she can help others who have experienced situations like her own.
Recently, Isabella was able to secure a small studio apartment where she and Anna can begin their new life. However, like many survivors who leave dangerous situations quickly, she has very few belongings and is starting almost completely from scratch.
That’s where Homemakers steps in.
Our team works to furnish first homes for survivors of domestic violence, helping families move from crisis toward stability. For Isabella and Anna, we are working to gather essential furniture and household items so their apartment can truly feel like a home.
To make this possible, we are raising $200 to help cover the immediate needs for their new space. With this support, Homemakers can supplement donated items and ensure Isabella and Anna have what they need to safely begin this next chapter.
